I have extensive experience in working on historic buildings: both those placed in the municipal register of monuments, protected by provisions in the local zoning plan, as well as those that are listed in the register.
I provide my Investors with a set of agreements required to start work on a historic building.
I work closely with those authorized to work and supervise works on registered monuments.
I realize that the restoration of former splendor or the adaptation of older buildings to a new function is a task that is not only not easy from the point of view of the strict regulations in force, but above all very financially burdensome.
Therefore, I assist my clients in obtaining various forms of financial support in the form of grants and refunds for restoration and renovation of historic buildings, and my knowledge and experience allows me to fully restore monuments to their former glory so that they can serve future generations.
