The investors found their dream property in a place with incredible scenic potential - the plot was located among fields, where the horizon stretches much farther than in the city center. Their desire was for the new house to be different from typical catalog houses. The house was to be minimalist but warm - a clean clear shape and a functional but not cold interior. The idea for the house was born almost immediately.

The shape of the house is free of unnecessary details, the monolithic nature of the whole is emphasized by the lack of eaves and the facade, into which the door and gate visually blend, finished with the same material as the walls - plaster. The ridge of the roof of the main body of the house runs diagonally, which affects both its massing and the surprising effects in its interior.
